Services
VibeTokens LLC provides web development, content, and AI consulting services. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon at project kickoff. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The 14-Day Guarantee
For Starter Website and Authority Package projects, VibeTokens guarantees delivery within the agreed timeline (14 days for Starter; agreed date for Authority Package) or the client owes nothing. This guarantee is conditional on the client providing materials, feedback, and approvals within 24 hours of each request. Clock pauses during any period where VibeTokens is waiting on client materials.
Payment Terms
Starter Website: 50% deposit at kickoff, 50% due at launch. Authority Package: 50% deposit at kickoff, 50% due at launch (or milestone schedule as agreed). AI Strategy Calls: paid in full at booking. All payments are non-refundable except as provided under the 14-day guarantee.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all code, content, and design assets produced for their project. VibeTokens retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all required materials. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content before launch.
Limitation of Liability
VibeTokens' total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
