Services
VibeTokens provides an AI-powered website and content service. For $199 per month, we build and maintain your website, publish monthly blog content, manage your SEO, and handle change requests through your dashboard. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Same-Day Delivery
Your website goes live the same day you sign up — typically within a few hours of completing the intake form. This is our standard delivery, not a guarantee conditional on anything. We can commit to same-day delivery because Claude handles the build work autonomously.
Subscription & Cancellation
VibeTokens is a monthly subscription billed at $199 per month. No contracts. No setup fees. No deposits. Cancel anytime through your dashboard or by emailing hello@vibetokens.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Intellectual Property
You own everything we build for you. The code lives in a private GitHub repository associated with your account. If you cancel, you can request an export of the repository and deploy it anywhere you want. VibeTokens retains the right to reference your project in our portfolio.
What's Included
Your subscription includes: your full website (as many pages as your business needs), ongoing SEO optimization (schema markup, meta tags, AI visibility), 4 new blog posts per month, unlimited change requests through your dashboard (handled within 24 hours), monthly audit reports, and priority support via reply or chat.
What's Not Included
Domain registration, paid advertising, third-party SaaS subscriptions (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM tools), and custom integrations beyond standard scope are not included in the monthly fee. We can scope and quote these separately if needed.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information during intake, reviewing your site after it goes live, and flagging any corrections needed. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you provide us (testimonials, pricing, service descriptions).
Limitation of Liability
VibeTokens' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
