Yes, completely. You own the code, the domain, the content — everything. It lives in a GitHub repository in your name. We have no ongoing access unless you want us to. You are not renting from us and you are not locked in.

What happens if I need changes after launch?

Minor content changes you can make yourself through the CMS. More significant changes are billed at our standard hourly rate. Clients on monthly retainers get a set number of change hours included.

Can you work with my existing domain and hosting?

Yes. We deploy on Vercel, which works with any domain registrar. If you have existing hosting, you don't need to cancel it — the domain just points to the new site.

No. We use Claude (Anthropic), which is a different and in our experience more reliable model for business applications. More importantly, what we deliver isn't just AI-generated content dropped on a page — it's a system. The code is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. The content is AI-drafted and human-edited. The result is a website that performs well, not just one that exists.

They'll know the site is fast, looks professional, and works well. Whether the build process used AI is not something visitors see or care about. The output is what matters.

Is AI-generated content penalized by Google?

Accepted Answer

Google has been explicit: they rank content by quality and relevance, not by how it was produced. AI-generated content that is accurate, useful, and well-structured performs the same as human-written content with the same qualities. Low-quality content, regardless of how it was produced, performs poorly. Our content is reviewed for accuracy, calibrated to your voice, and structured for SEO.

Why is the Starter Website only $950?

Because our process is efficient. We've built the prompts, refined the workflow, and eliminated the waste that makes traditional agency builds expensive. We're not hiring a team of six to hand off work between them — it's one senior person with the right tools, producing a better result in less time.

Is there a payment plan?

For the Starter Website, we take 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. For the Authority Package, we can discuss a milestone-based payment structure.
