Build Log

Day 1: The Pivot

Today we rewrote the entire positioning. One story. One offer. Here's what changed and why.

What happened today

VibeTokens has been live for a few weeks. We built the site, the checkout, the workshop pages, the guides, the social publisher, the image template system. A lot of infrastructure.

But the messaging was scattered. Six workshop tiers, three service plans, four free guides, consulting options — too many doors and no clear front entrance. From the outside, it looked like a guy throwing things at a wall.

Today we fixed that.

What changed

The headline went from "Learn to run your business with Claude" to "This agency is run by Claude." That's not a rebrand — it's saying the quiet part loud. Claude literally builds the websites, writes the content, runs the SEO, publishes the social posts. That's the differentiator. Nobody else is doing this because nobody else has built the system to do it.

The offer collapsed from six tiers to one: Claude builds your website in 14 days. $199/month after that. Guides and workshops are still there — they're the top of the funnel, not the product.

The proof engine launched. You're reading it. Every day, this log documents what Claude actually did for the business. Not thought leadership. Not tips. Receipts.

Why this matters

The AI agency space is getting crowded with people who "use AI tools." That's not a position — that's a feature. The position is: the AI is the agency. It gets smarter with every client. The templates get tighter, the content gets sharper, the delivery gets faster. Client ten gets a better product than client one.

That's a real moat. And now it's the first thing you see when you land on vibetokens.io.

What's next

  • Daily ops log entries — what Claude shipped, what it learned
  • Content push across X, LinkedIn, Facebook telling this story
  • Workshop repositioning as free lead magnets
  • First outbound content focused on the "Claude runs the agency" narrative

The system is built. Now we tell the story.
