# VibeTokens LLC — Pitch Deck

**Prepared:** April 10, 2026
**Format:** 12 slides, markdown source for Keynote / PowerPoint / PDF conversion
**Voice:** Confident, specific, evidence-forward. No hype, no "disrupting," no "AI-powered synergy." Pulls directly from `NARRATIVE.md`, `BUSINESS-PLAN.md`, `USE-OF-FUNDS.md`.
**Use case:** Grant applications (OOD, 2Gether-International, Knight, Ohio Humanities), accelerator pitches, banking diligence, partnership conversations.
**Legal entity:** VibeTokens LLC (New Mexico), EIN 42-1841146, operating from Akron, OH. Founder & sole member: Jason Matthew Murphy.

> **How to use this file:** Each `## SLIDE N —` heading is one slide. Body text underneath is the slide content. `> Speaker note:` lines are what to say, not what to put on the slide. Keep slides visually sparse — the speaker note carries the detail.

## SLIDE 1 — Title

# VibeTokens
### An agency run by one operator and a fleet of AI agents.

Jason Matthew Murphy · Founder
VibeTokens LLC · Akron, Ohio
vibetokens.io

> Speaker note: Don't read the slide. Say: "I'm going to show you a business that runs the way a ten-person agency used to run, except there's one person and a lot of software. It's live, it has clients, and the thing I'm asking for is stability — not seed capital to build something new."

---

## SLIDE 2 — The Thesis

**In an era of affordable AI compute, one experienced operator can deliver what a ten-person agency used to deliver.**

Four forces converged in late 2025:

1. AI model quality crossed a production-reliability threshold
2. Agent orchestration frameworks matured
3. API pricing fell by an order of magnitude
4. Voice-first input became reliable enough for a primary workflow

This business model was not feasible in 2023. It is feasible now.

> Speaker note: The thesis is the whole pitch. Don't bury it on slide 7. Say it explicitly and then spend the next ten slides proving it.

---

## SLIDE 3 — Who I Am

**Jason Murphy — 20-year marketing and creative operator.**

- Creative direction, strategy, and brand consulting since 2006
- Active Toptal consultant — live client engagements
- Self-taught Next.js / Vercel / Stripe / Anthropic operator
- Built production systems in public at vibetokens.io
- Documented Dystonia (neurological movement disorder) — business workflow designed as the accommodation

> Speaker note: Two decades of pattern recognition, plus enough technical capability to ship the system myself. The Dystonia line is delivered matter-of-factly — it's context, not the lead.

---

## SLIDE 4 — The Problem I'm Solving

Small businesses in the $500K–$5M revenue range have two bad options:

1. **Traditional agencies** at $3K–$15K/month — priced out
2. **Freelancers and DIY tools** — fragmented, inconsistent

Neither delivers the **integrated, always-on brand management** these businesses need to compete in a search landscape now dominated by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and voice assistants in addition to traditional SEO.

> Speaker note: This is a real gap. If the audience is a grant committee with limited marketing literacy, simplify to: "Small businesses can't afford agencies and can't get what they need from Fiverr. I sit in the middle."

---

## SLIDE 5 — The Product

### Website + Content Engine — $199/month

A fully managed marketing retainer:

- Website build or migration (Next.js, Vercel)
- Monthly blog posts, service pages, location pages
- Technical SEO and AI visibility
- Monthly audits and content refreshes
- A **chat dashboard** at `requests.vibetokens.io/{slug}` — the customer types change requests and they flow automatically into production

**Same-day delivery. No contracts. Cancel anytime.**

> Speaker note: Price is on the slide. The $199 is non-negotiable to the pitch — it's what makes the business uniquely positioned. A ten-person agency cannot profitably serve a client at this price. I can.

---

## SLIDE 6 — The Operational Proof

This is not a pitch deck for an idea. It is a pitch deck for a live system.

**Already built and running:**

- Automated 5-module brand audit pipeline at `/start` (Google Business Profile, site speed, keyword gaps, missing pages, AI visibility)
- Automated follow-up email sequences (Day 3, 7, 14)
- Client dashboard that turns chat requests into GitHub Issues into deployed code
- 4-point integrity gate that blocks broken audits before they're sent
- Automated content pipeline (blog, social, schema)
- Inbound email classification and routing

**Real proof point from earlier today:**
A client request arrived at 12:50:48 PM. The fix shipped at 1:25:08 PM. **34 minutes, no humans in the loop.** Full breakdown with commit link at [`vibetokens.io/blog/ericas-request-at-1250`](https://www.vibetokens.io/blog/ericas-request-at-1250).

> Speaker note: If you remember one slide, remember this one. The difference between "I'm going to build this" and "this is already running" is the entire credibility of the pitch.

---

## SLIDE 7 — The Assets Already Owned

VibeTokens is asking for funding to **stabilize and scale** an existing system, not to build something new.

| Asset | Status |
|---|---|
| `vibetokens.io` marketing site | Live, auto-deployed |
| Brand audit pipeline (5 modules) | Live, production |
| Client dashboard | Live, verified working end-to-end |
| Social publishing system | Facebook + X working; LinkedIn via browser |
| claude-ceo-os (productized OS) | Shipped at github.com/vibetokens/claude-ceo-os |
| ScoreVera (credit-dispute platform) | Foundation built, commercialization pending |
| Engagement framework | Standardized from Toptal consulting work |

> Speaker note: This slide answers the "is this real?" question with receipts. Every line is verifiable at a URL.

---

## SLIDE 8 — The Current Client Base (Honest Snapshot)

**Four engagements in active delivery:**

- **Ilya's Tree Service** — 100+ service and location pages built, subscription pending
- **Beyond Care HC** — paying client, $640 lifetime invoiced (Mar 2026)
- **Mavon Beauty** — editorial bridal brand, active content publishing
- **Maverick Meyer** — secondary engagement

**Stripe reality as of April 10, 2026:** $0 MRR, $640 lifetime paid, 4 engagements not yet on the recurring plan.

**This is the starting line, not a number to hide.** The gap between "delivering work" and "collected recurring revenue" is exactly what this funding ask is structured to close.

> Speaker note: Lead with honesty. Grant committees have been burned by founders who inflate numbers; they reward founders who don't. The $640 line lands.

---

## SLIDE 9 — The Community Impact Layer

### AI Literacy Workshops — Akron-Summit County Public Library

A free community workshop series that teaches Akron residents the same AI techniques the founder uses to run the business.

- 6-module curriculum (drafted, in `workshops/curriculum.md`)
- Partnership proposal sent to Kaitlin Booth at ASCPL
- YouTube series follows the in-person workshops at distance
- Rust Belt cities rarely produce AI-native founders — this is a local demonstration

**Why this matters to the funding story:** The community impact arm is not a bolt-on. It unlocks education/humanities funders (Ohio Humanities, Knight Akron) who do not fund pure commercial operations but do fund operators with a local mission. It also compounds: every workshop is a marketing asset, every attendee is a potential client or referrer.

> Speaker note: Community impact reads as window dressing unless you can show mechanics. Name the library. Name the counterpart (Kaitlin Booth). Name the curriculum file path. Mechanics beat adjectives.

---

## SLIDE 10 — The Disability Accommodation Layer

The business workflow is **the accommodation** for the founder's documented Dystonia.

- Voice-first input (Wispr Flow → Claude Code) replaces high-volume typing
- Multi-agent orchestration delegates repetitive execution work
- Same-day delivery is possible precisely because physical effort per deliverable is low
- Workstation, ergonomic equipment, dedicated workspace, and assistive software are line items in the Use of Funds — not luxuries, accommodations

**Eligibility unlocks confirmed:**

- Ohio OOD Self-Employment Program (primary funding path, highest EV)
- Disability:IN DOBE certification (supplier diversity contracts)
- 2Gether-International accelerator (disabled-founder cohort)
- Disability-specific grant set-asides across Hello Alice and other rolling rounds

> Speaker note: Frame this as a **qualifier**, not the centerpiece. The business is credible on its own. The disability angle is a structural reality that also happens to open specific funding doors. Don't lead with it and don't hide it.

---

## SLIDE 11 — Use of Funds

**Target: $26,800 minimum / $50,000 full.** Detailed line items in `USE-OF-FUNDS.md`.

| Category | Minimum | Full |
|---|---|---|
| Dedicated workspace (office + setup) | $5,600 | $6,800 |
| Workstation + hardware | $6,550 | $7,500 |
| Assistive tech + ergonomics | $1,850 | $2,950 |
| Enterprise AI infrastructure | $6,600 | $11,000 |
| Enterprise software + hosting | $2,340 | $3,180 |
| Workshop production (camera, lights, materials) | $1,990 | $4,290 |
| Business operations (legal, accounting, BP consulting) | $1,891 | $3,291 |
| Working capital cushion | — | $11,000 |
| **Total** | **$26,821** | **$50,011** |

**Source stack (full scenario, updated 2026-04-11):**

**Direct funding (cash):**
- Ohio OOD IPE → workspace, workstation, assistive tech: **$15K–$20K**
- 2Gether-International cohort stipend → working capital: **$5K–$10K** (corrected from $10K–$25K — verified against 2025 cohort data)
- Ohio Humanities / Knight Akron → workshop arm: **$2K–$20K**
- Hello Alice rolling rounds → portfolio support: **$5K–$25K**

**Cascade unlocks (credits, downstream of 2GI admission):**
- Anthropic Startup Program → API credits: **~$5K** *(VC/accelerator-partner gated in 2026 — only accessible via 2GI alumni referral)*
- GitHub for Startups → Enterprise + platform credits: **~$10K** *(same gating)*
- Vercel for Startups → hosting credits: **~$240** *(same gating)*

> Speaker note: The cascade matters. Anthropic, GitHub, and Vercel are no longer programs you can apply to directly — in 2026 they require accelerator or VC partner referrals. **2GI admission is the unlock for all three.** That makes 2GI not just a stipend opportunity but the gateway to ~$15K of additional infrastructure credit. The funding math is much more reachable when credits are a downstream prize instead of a separate ask. No single source has to land at the top of its range for the target to be hit.

## SLIDE 12 — What I'm Asking For

**Stability, not seed capital.** The vision is built. Grant funding unlocks:

1. **Dedicated private workspace** — full-time focus outside a shared apartment
2. **Reliable workstation** — the infrastructure to run multi-agent AI workflows
3. **Enterprise AI tier** — remove the concurrent-agent cap
4. **Continuous education** — ongoing TechCred-eligible cert pathway
5. **Community programming** — the workshop arm that closes the local-impact loop

**3-year revenue target (conservative):**
- **2026:** $20K (4 in-delivery clients converted, 6 added)
- **2027:** $113K (40 recurring clients by year-end)
- **2028:** $225K (75 recurring clients by year-end)

> Speaker note: Closer. Say: "The business is running. The clients are real. The infrastructure is built. What I need is the floor under it. If you fund that floor, the numbers on the left slide — 40 clients by end of 2027, 75 by end of 2028 — are not a forecast, they're a schedule."

## Production Notes

- **Format for delivery:** Convert this markdown to a Keynote or PowerPoint file before any actual pitch. Grant committees and accelerator interviews expect slide decks, not markdown files. This is the source of truth for the content.
- **Visual direction:** Dark theme, Space Grotesk for headings, Inter for body, VibeTokens green (`#00FFB2`) for accents. Match the aesthetic of `vibetokens.io` so every artifact looks like it came from the same company.
- **Image slot per slide:** Slides 6 and 7 benefit from a screenshot or a code snippet. Slide 8 benefits from a Stripe dashboard screenshot (after redacting anything sensitive). Slide 11 benefits from a simple bar chart of the budget categories.
- **Do not mention Claude or Anthropic by name in public grant applications** unless the committee is technical. Default framing: "AI agents and modern automation infrastructure."
- **Revenue numbers on slide 8 must be pulled live from `vt-revenue.mjs` before every presentation.** If the number has changed, update the deck before presenting.
